New 15th Wing CO arrives in Hawaii

Col. Johnny Roscoe (right), the incoming 15th Wing commander, and his family aregreeted June 29 upon arrival on Oahu at the Honolulu International Airport. Col. Terry Scott, 15th Wing vice commander, and members of the 15th Wing from Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam were on hand to say aloha.
