Construction planned at Paul Hamilton Ave.

Beginning today, the (Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Hawaii wastewater branch will replace approximately 50 linear feet of six-inch cast iron pipe across Paul Hamilton Avenue.
Excavation will begin Aug. 4 and will be between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Replacement of pipe and asphalt will be completed no later than Aug. 10. One lane will be closed at all times until piping has been replaced.
Motorists should obey caution and warning signs and avoid traveling on Paul Hamilton Avenue.
Vehicles are asked to use alternate routes during these times. Vehicles obstructing the worksite will be towed at the owner’s expense.
